Leilani has more than 20 years of experience transforming how organizations connect with people. She has led major digital projects for the U.S. government, including launching and managing USAGov en Español, the official Spanish-language website of the U.S. government, at the U.S. General Services Administration, as well as for international organizations such as the World Bank. The products she has led have reached millions of users in English and Spanish.
Leilani’s passion is helping organizations design digital products and services that include multilingual and multicultural communities from the start. She believes that when digital experiences are built with everyone in mind, they work better for all.
